Under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Administrator of the Yukon Territory , by the Yukon Placer Mining Act,

CLAUDE B. Tidd,

of Dawson , in the Yukon Territory , Constable, royal North West Mounted Police, is hereby appointed an Agent of the Mining Recorder for the Mining District of Dawson.

The authority of said CLAUDE B. TIDD, as Mining Recorder's Agent, to be limited to that part of the Yukon Territory tributary to the porcupine River and along the north and east of said river, and within said district the said CLAUDE B. TIDD, as Mining Recorder's Agent, shall have and perform the powers, duties and obligations defined in the said Yukon Placer Mining Act, subject to the direction and instruction of the gold Commissioner of the Yukon Territory.
